Predominantly Syrah blended with Red Grenache. Deep purple color with ruby highlights, intense bouquet, full body and rich extracts with fruit flavors elegantly balanced by soft tannins.

Vinification

Grapes are stemmed and soft crushed. The musts are fermented in stainless steel tanks on the skins. Free-run juice and pressed juice are blended. Following malolactic fermentation, the wine is matured in French oak barrels (one quarter new) for one year then bottled and cellared for a year before release

8 à 10 ans
servir entre 16°et 18°

Vinification

la vendange est égrappée, foulée. Jus et peaux fermentent et macèrent en cuves. Jus de goutte et jus de presse sont assemblés. Le vieillissement est effectué en fûts de chêne français (renouvelés tous les quatre ans) pendant un an, puis le vin est mis en cuve pendant un an puis mis en bouteilles et conservé en cave.
